Refunds will not be provided if these instructions are not followed, keep a copy of the sent email. ID & Deposit Checks-The apartments may ask for ID and request card details to take a security deposit (taken prior to arrival) should any damages happen during your stay. Should no damages occur, this will be refunded to the same card details on dep up to 5-7 days after guests check out. The minimum age for all guests is 21 years old, unless travelling with a parent or legal guardian. We also require ID for all guests over the age of 18. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
