Checking out after this time may cause additional charges up to a full nights stay. 4. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we WILL NOT be doing stayover service during your stay. Should you need any clean towels, please bring your dirty ones to the desk to exchange. We can also provide any addtional amendities you may need. Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time. 5. FLAMELESS CANDLES are the ONLY candles allowed in any room. Regular candles are a fire hazard, and spilled candle wax ruins furniture and capets. Damage fee WILL apply if found to have used regular candles in our rooms. 6. Guests traveling with a pet will be charged a non-refundable pet fee of $35.00 at time of check in. Guest agrees to be responsible for all damages done to room by pet. No more than 2 pets per room. Pets MUST be crated to receive housekeeping service in that room. Pets MUST be on a leash when outside of the room. PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR PETS, Pet waste bags are available at the front desk for your convenience. 7. PLANTATION OAKS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS LEFT IN ROOM. 8. Plantation Oaks is a drug free property. Any guest found to be using, distributing or manufacturing drugs of any kind will be asked to vacate immediately and no refund will be given. Alcohol is permitted by guests provided it is consumed responsibly and does not impact the stay of other guests. Abuse of alcohol which displays any unruly conduct will result an immediate request for guest to vacate the premises with no refund. 9.
